Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) invites applications for tenure-track positions in Organization Management. We wish to recruit new faculty members at all levels (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor). Positions

The Department of Organization Management invites applications for tenure-track positions at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Organization Theory, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Qualifications

All candidates should have a Ph.D. or be fresh graduates in Organization Management, or other related disciplines. They are expected to have a strong commitment to research and teaching with evidence of publication potential and ability to teach in English or Chinese.
